Are You Ready to Take Your Hitting Game to The Next Level with the Best Batter's Elbow Guard?
Walking up into the batter’s box is one of the most exciting moments in baseball. It’s also the most dangerous, especially when you’re facing a pitcher that’s throwing some serious heat. If you are one of those hitters that likes to be aggressive and crowds the plate, you most likely have been hit by a pitch plenty of times either on the elbow, or around it.
Getting hit on the bone of your elbow by a fastball doesn’t really want to make you get back up to the plate. We’ve all been there before, but the last thing we all want is to play scared. Baseball is about consistent play and confidence.
If confidence is the key to consistent performance, then you’ll need to protect that elbow when your up to bat.
What can you do to protect yourself?
Use an elbow guard. Baseball has some extremely effective equipment these days. Elbow guards have helped almost all levels of players, from little league to the Major Leagues. Some of the top players in the world use them. The best batters elbow guard should have a snug fit, be comfortable and super durable.
No more feeling unsafe when you’re on deck in the lineup. Step up into the batter’s box with 100% complete confidence and swag! Take the whole plate and stop worrying about a pitcher brushing you off.
It’s always nice seeing other people’s thoughts on equipment products that they actually used. Let’s take a look at these reviews left by parents and players on our number one ranked elbow guard for baseball players:

Are you ready to get started?
Great! Play Ball!
Leading off in this top 3 list of super protective elbow guards for batters, is the G-Form Baseball Pro Extended Elbow Guard.
How much does the pad protect my arm?
This bad boy provides maximum protection from the elbow to the top of the triceps. The impact-absorbing RPT pads are a new technology that makes it painless if you ever get hit by a pitch on the elbow bone, or even the back of the upper-arm. We all know how bad that hurts sometimes!
Body-mapped, impact-absorbing RPT pads protect from impact from elbow to the top of the triceps
How does it fit?
Extremely well. There’s nothing more annoying than re-adjusting your pad after every swing. It becomes a distraction and all you think about is taking the darn thing off when it’s supposed to be for protection.
It is made with silicon grippers in the top elastic band, which hold the padding in place after every swing. You won’t have to worry about it moving around and you can totally focus on your at-bat with an aggressive style at the plate.
The next best batters elbow guard is the EvoShield EvoCharge. The EvoShield company was created by former baseball players. They are leaders in the protective gear industry and have mastered the batter’s elbow guard.
First and foremost, this thing does its job – protects the elbow’s bone from taking a direct shot from a baseball!
This pad represents over 120 positive reviews on Amazon alone. Note I put a 4-Star review in here that explains how you shouldn’t open the package until you are ready to mold it to your elbow (I’ll go over that later).
Will the Pad Protect All of My Elbow Bone?
Getting hit on the elbow by a fast ball doesn’t feel that great! When it happens to you after about 5 times, you will be looking for protective gear. The EvoShield EvoCharge will get the job done. It will protect the elbow bone and the muscles around it.
How Does this Pad Fit my Elbow?
This pad fits very well! It covers the whole bone of the elbow and protects it from the hardest of fastballs, or even off-speed junk that hits you in the wrong spot!
It has a custom-molding shield. This means it will mold to your elbow, ensuring a perfect fit. If you’re an aggressive hitter, you’ll be able to “lean over the plate” and own the batter’s box. The pad will never move on you, until you take it off after your at-bat!
Will the Guard Impede My Swing?
No, not at all. Just make sure you don’t take the product out of the bag until you’re ready to mold it to your elbow.
Overall, like I said before, the EvoShield is the real deal and will do its job.
The G-Form Elite gives an enormous area of protection coverage for the elbow and tricep area without disrupting your swing. It’s a great choice for any hitter than wants to be aggressive when up to bat.
How Well Does the Pad Fit?
This product is so sleek and thin; you will literally feel like you are wearing an arm sleeve. The G-Form Elite has a moisture-wicking mesh which makes a nice snug fit.
Check out some of these photos I pulled from Amazon.
There aren’t many reviews on this pad, which is why its number 3 on our list.
Is There a Hard Shell?
No hard shell with this protective pad, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t do its job. It’s actually really flexible (see previous image) which helps it fit better, and in turn helps your swing be free while keeping you safe. Always remember, a hard shell will cause some restrictions with your swing.
Overall, you can’t go wrong with this pad. It has newer padded technology with the RPT pads. Again, the only reason why its number three, is because players don’t know about this product just yet as it is relatively new.
There are more brands out there that make elbow guards for batters. However, we looked into each one and decided to bring you the best 3 so you could save time in the long run.
We wish you the best of luck this season and make sure you protect yourself up at the plate with the best baseball elbow guard in 2019!
